Fresh Veggies for Interfaith

Loudoun Veg is proud to help bring fresh vegetables from the Leesburg Farmers Market to the Loudoun Interfaith Relief again this spring.  We are grateful to Loudoun Valley Homegrown Markets for helping coordinate this effort.  Many thanks to the very generous vendors who share their unsold produce.  Spring Market begins on May 5th.

Vegucated

In February, Loudoun Veg hosted the Virginia premiere for the award-winning documentary Vegucated.  The event was a great success, bringing vegans, vegetarians and veg-curious folks together for an afternoon of enlightenment, networking and, of course, vegan goodies.

Tabling & Outreach

Loudoun Veg has been doing lots of outreach this spring, including tabling exhibits at Loudoun’s Health for Life Day and the Earth Day at Loudoun Family Festival.  And Loudoun YouthFest is just around the corner...

Loudoun Veg Out Guide

We are so excited to publish our Loudoun Veg Out Guide that catalogues the most vegan-friendly culinary establishments in Loudoun County.  We are especially grateful to the Loudoun Tourism Board for helping us finance the printing and distribution of this brochure.  We hope this guide will serve as both an incentive for local chefs to add more vegan dishes to their menus and a useful resource for anyone looking for a place to enjoy a vegetarian/vegan meal in Loudoun County.
